According to the renowned actress Shabana Azmi, she has gone through so much pain. She also said, Rhea had “gone through hell”, who sympathized with the girl. She had asked people to allow her time and room to heal, calling her pain “unimaginable.”
About this case actress Vidya Balan said “vilification of Rhea Chakraborty” and also said this is very unexpected thing to happen but media turned into a “circus”.
In her tweet, she wrote, “It is so unfortunate that the tragic and untimely death of a beloved young star Sushant Singh Rajput has become a media circus. In the same breath, as a woman, my heart breaks at the vilification of Rhea Chakraborty. Isn’t it supposed to be ‘innocent until proven guilty’, or is it now ‘guilty until proven innocent’!?”
Dia Mirza, the Bollywood actress and Femina Miss India Asia Pacific 2000, expressed her displeasure at Rhea Chakraborty’s repeated denials of bail, pointing out that hard drug dealers are usually released within two weeks, while Rhea was denied bail despite “no drugs were found on her.”
After the CBI report got a closure in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, Dia Mirza responded to this on her Instagram stories. She wrote, “Who in the media will have the grace to put out a written apology to Rhea Chakraborty and her family? You went on a witch hunt. You caused deep anguish and harassment just for TRPs. Apologise. That’s the very least you can do.”
After Sushant Singh Rajput passed away, actress and television anchor Shibani Dandekar stated her everlasting support for Rhea Chakraborty. The 44-year-old actress, who hosted the iconic TV shows Namaste America, V Desi, and the Asian Variety Show, claimed in an interview that she lost her fan base and following because she spoke up for what she thought was right. She also said that she never regretted what she was doing.
According to the sources, Rhea spent almost a month in Jail for a drugs-related case. Following this Sushant’s family pointed out many allegations against Rhea for abetting his suicide and giving mental harassment to him.
