Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor revealed that Saif Ali Khan was never in her life planning. She also opened up about her dating vision. Kareena said, ”I wanted to date a politician, but…” This one statement itself shocked the whole internet. Before she got married, she opened up about how she was crushing so hard on a politician, but she couldn’t date him.

In her initial stages of a career in Bollywood, she said that she wants to meet Congress leader Rahul Gandhi because they have a common factor. That they come from influential families. When she was asked to choose one person to date in the whole world. Bebo hesitantly responded, “Should I say it or not? It might be a bit controversial, but I would like to date Rahul Gandhi.”
Further explaining her statement, Kareena said, ”I often look at his pictures and wonder how interesting it would be to know him. I come from a film family, and he comes from a political family, so maybe we would have an interesting conversation.”
Many years later, when she was asked about the statement she made about Rahul Gandhi. Bebo clarified about her statement, saying, “That was a long time ago. I said it because our surnames are well-known.”
From dating Shahid Kapoor to marrying Saif Ali Khan, Bebo’s relationships have always been in the public eye. She has always been vocal about her relationships on camera. Kareena married Saif on October 16, 2012, in a private ceremony. The couple welcomed their first son, Taimur, in 2016, followed by Jeh in 2021.
