Keerthy Suresh Repeating the Same Mistake Again?

Keerthy Suresh Repeating the Same Mistake Again?

South actress Keerthy Suresh is expanding her career into Bollywood. She recently made her Hindi film debut with Baby John directed by Atlee. Now reports suggest that she has signed another Bollywood project which is a romantic comedy.
Keerthy Suresh is set to play the lead role in a Hindi romantic comedy. The filmmakers believe she is a perfect fit for the character. This film is expected to show her in a new light. She will play a fun, entertaining and lighthearted character. Keerthy has already found success in Telugu romantic comedies like Nenu Sailaja, Nenu Local and Rang De. Now she is taking a similar path in Bollywood.
While this may seem like good news, some fans are concerned. Keerthy’s Bollywood debut Baby John did not perform well at the box office. After such a setback many believe she should be more careful about her next project. Choosing another Hindi film so soon especially in the same genre could be risky.
Keerthy Suresh is usually successful in movies where she has a strong role. However reports suggest that this upcoming romantic comedy will focus more on glamour. If this film also fails then it might reduce her chances of getting more opportunities in Bollywood. This is why fans are questioning her decision. They feel she should pick roles that suit her strengths instead of repeating the same mistakes.
Apart from this Bollywood film Keerthy Suresh is also working on Akka which is a gangster thriller set in a fictional South Indian city. She stars alongside Radhika Apte, Tanvi Azmi and Deepti Salvi.
The action packed revenge thriller is set in the fictional South Indian city of Pernuru. The film delves into the lives of powerful women leading a matriarchal underworld whose dominance faces a deliberate challenge. According to the teaser Keerthy takes on the role of the leader of an all-female gang while Radhika’s character emerges as a formidable rival aiming to disrupt their operations. The intense power struggle between the two promises an engaging narrative.
