Actor Saif Ali Khan was admitted to Lilavati Hospital at approximately 3:30 a.m. after being stabbed by an unidentified person at his Bandra home, according to Dr. Niraj Uttamani, COO of the hospital. He added that two serious wounds, one close to his spine, were among the six injuries Saif received from sharp objects.

According to an official statement, Saif Ali Khan’s home was the target of an attempted break-in, and the actor is presently in the hospital having surgery. The statement emphasized that the case is being investigated by the authorities and asked fans and the media to exercise patience. It also pledged to offer updates as the situation progressed.

Team Kareena Kapoor Khan also responded to public concerns by announcing that Saif was in the hospital for a procedure after suffering an injury to his arm.
