Priyanka Chopra’s love for Krrish 4 fuels comeback rumors

The wait is finally over! Krrish 4 is officially happening and this time, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan is taking charge as the director. The much anticipated sequel marks Hrithik’s directorial debut which makes it a special project for fans.

The Krrish mania began in 2003 with Koi… Mil Gaya, followed by Krrish (2006) and then Krrish 3 (2013).All these movies are directed by Hrithik’s father, Rakesh Roshan. Now, after 12 years, the next sequel will be directed by Hrithik and Aditya Chopra producing the film.

Rakesh Roshan is very happy and revealed that he introduced Hrithik as an actor 25 years ago and now after 25 years, he is launching him as a director along with Aditya Chopra.

Priyanka Chopra who is part Krish 2 and Krish 3 reacted to the post with folded hands, fire and heart emojis that led to fans wondering if Priyanka Chopra would return as Priya Mehra to the film. Reacting to her comment, one fan asked, “are you doing it” while another wrote, “come back in krrish”. However no official confirmation about her role is yet made.

Since the release of Krrish 3 in 2013, fans have eagerly awaited the next chapter. With Hrithik directing, expectations are sky-high. Social media is buzzing with excitement with some fans predicting that Krrish 4 will break records like Pushpa 2.

Released in 2003, Koi… Mil Gaya kicked off the franchise with its sci-fi story about an alien, Jadoo, who changes the life of Rohit Mehra (Hrithik Roshan). Krrish was released in 2006.The story continued with Rohit’s son, Krishna (Hrithik) who becomes India’s first superhero. Krrish 3 was released in 2013.This installment saw Hrithik fighting against mutants which earned over ₹300 crores at the box office.
