According to sources, Rashmika was preparing to begin the last schedule of her upcoming movie Sikandar. The final shoot is with Salman Khan held on January 10. Additionally, she was prepared to start filming for Thama alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. However, in the recent news, it is said that Mandanna apparently suffered a gym injury. The incident happened shortly before production resumed.

The filming of Rashmika Mandanna’s eagerly awaited movie has been briefly put on hold due to an injury she sustained at the gym. A person close to the actress said that she has been told to take a brief respite in order to recuperate completely before returning to her hectic schedule. Updates, thankfully, show that she is gradually getting better and will soon return to the set.

“Rashmika recently sustained an injury in the gym and has been recovering well by resting it. However, this has caused a temporary halt to the filming of her upcoming projects. Nevertheless, she’s already feeling much better and will resume work on sets very soon!” said the source.

Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna were previously scheduled to start the latter stages of filming Sikandar in Mumbai on January 10th, according to a report that appeared in Mid-Day. To complete the project, they will go back to the set. Although the release is scheduled for March, the team is optimistic that it will be completed on time.

Director AR Murugadoss is putting in a lot of effort, balancing post-production duties and shooting fresh scenes without a hitch. It has a strong ensemble, with important parts played by Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, and Prateik Babbar. Nearly ten years after their hit movie Kick, Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala reunite in this flick. This eagerly anticipated action entertainer, which is being produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, is scheduled to make its spectacular debut on Eid 2025 in March of this year.
