The Hindustan Times has reported that on January 16, 2025, at approximately 2:30 am, a thief broke into the Bandra residence of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. After a fight between Saif and the intruder, the star was allegedly stabbed several times.
Police have revealed that the thief left the scene after assaulting Saif, according to the portal. They are attempting to apprehend the assailant and filing a formal complaint.. A police officer said, “We are investigating the matter. The Mumbai crime branch is conducting a parallel investigation into the incident.”
Saif Ali Khan has been admitted to the Lilavati Hospital for medical care, the report also stated. Saif was admitted at 3:30 am, according to hospital chief operating officer Niraj Uttamani. Two of his six injuries are more serious than the others. It appears that one of the wounds is nearer his spine. Uttamani added that Saif was undergoing surgery at the moment and that only after the procedure would it be possible to determine the full degree of the harm.
Saif Ali Khan’s team has released an official “There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in the hospital undergoing surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”
