But that didn’t happen for a very long time as the first installment failed at the box office. But after gaining popularity, the makers have yet again decided to make the sequel. They have officially announced the film recently with an Instagram post that read, “Sanam Teri Kasam 2 is officially happening! After the epic love story of the first film, we’re back with more! Stay tuned for updates!” The announcement came with a picture confirming Harshavardhan Rane reprising his role as Inder in the most awaited sequel.
The film Sanam Teri Kasam re-released in theatres has collected 18.57 crore so far. In a recent interview, the makers have given update on the film’s release, After witnessing the love they were receiving from re-release, the makers have now decided to release the second installment Sanam Teri Kasam 2 on Valentine’s Day 2026. They have also shared an update on the shooting. They revealed that shooting for songs has already been completed. Radhika Rao reveals that they will make an official announcement soon. As the release date was announced fans are now eagerly waiting for the second installment.
