Deva’s Box Office Collections

Shahid Kapoor’s film ‘Deva’ failed to create an impact at the box office on the opening day. According to the report of Sacnilk, Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde’s film collected only Rs 5.5 crore on the first day. On the second day, the film collected 6.4 crores and on the third day, it collected 7.15 crores. In three days, the total box office collection of ‘Deva’ is 19.05 crores.

Records Broken, Not In A Good Way!

Shahid Kapoor’s last blockbuster film was ‘Kabir Singh’. After this, none of his films failed to create an impact at box office matching Kabir Singh. ‘Deva’ has earned 19 crores 50 lakhs in three days. It has broken the record of Shahid Kapoor’s previous films ‘Rangoon’ (14.50 Cr), ‘Teri Meri Kahani’ (12.21 Cr) and ‘Jersey’ (12.21 Cr). Deva broke the records but in a good way by marking its place on Shahid Kapoor’s flop pictures in his career.

Tough Competition From Sky Force

Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahadia’s film ‘Sky Force’ was released on 24 January 2025. This film started flying high from the first day. The film has joined the 100 crore club on the tenth day of its release. After earning 86.50 crores in the first week, the collection of Akshay Kumar’s film started falling in the second week. However, after earning 5 crores on Saturday and 5.25 crores on Sunday, ‘Sky Force’ has entered the 100 crore club.
