Shriya Updates Drishyam 3: Finally, the question that fans have sought an answer to regarding Drishyam 3 has been cleared up by actress Shriya Saran. During that very visit from Farah Khan, who stopped by Shriya’s home to film an installment for her cooking channel with her husband Dilip, the topic turned to Theriographies. Shriya herself is indeed gearing up to begin shooting an action-packed final chapter of the hugely successful thriller franchise: Drishyam 3.
In addition, she revealed significant news regarding another great project entitled Space, based on the Chandrayaan mission, with Shriya also confirming that the film will release in theatres in January 2026, adding an exciting weight to her slate the following year.
On the other hand, at this moment, preparations are underway for Drishyam 3, which will be shot today while Ajay Devgn is already finishing 2025 in style. The superstar has just finished shooting for Ranger, an action-adventure film directed by Jagan Shakti. In this film, Ajay plays a forest officer, and it was during the final schedule in the Palghar forests that the production team had to shift the shooting schedule because of bad weather abroad.
No time wasted by Ajay. After coming out of post-production work on Ranger, he immediately dives into Vijay Salgaonkar mode, getting back into one of his best-remembered roles.
According to confirmed information, Drishyam 3 will by and large kick off its shooting on December 15, 2025 in Mumbai. It comes back to director Abhishek Pathak, who had claimed the blockbuster titled Drishyam 2, to helm this final installment.
The first schedule would be stretched out over 10 days, and most of the sequences to be filmed during that time will be indoors. Ajay Devgn will be joined by two other cast members, Tabu and Akshaye Khanna, who reprise their hit intense roles.

The second part would kick off in the first week of January 2026, planning for completion of the film by April 2026. After Christmas, the entire crew will celebrate New Year before resuming filming.
With Ranger completed, filming for Drishyam 3 in motion, and numerous other significant releases lined up for 2026, there indeed promise to be some monumental times for fans of the franchise, and not only for Ajay Devgn himself.
