Actor Jeetendra: Veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra and his family-owned companies, Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, sold a land parcel in Andheri, Mumbai, for ₹855 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration’s (IGR) website. They registered the transaction in May 2025.

NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, formerly Netmagic IT Services, purchased the land and the built-up area. The Japanese tech giant NTT, India’s largest data center provider, offers a wide range of global IT services. These include hosting, data management, application development, public and private cloud solutions, threat monitoring, content delivery networks, and testing services.

₹855 Crore Land Deal:

In accordance with the IGR’s property registration paperwork, the deal included two adjacent land parcels totaling 9,664.68 square meters (~0.96 hectares or ~2.39 acres). Balaji IT Park is currently located on the property, which also has three newly completed buildings totaling 45,572.14 square meters (4,90,534 square feet). The transaction resulted in Rs. 30,000 in registration fees and Rs. 8.69 crore in stamp duty. The sale, which is thought to be among the biggest real estate transactions involving a Bollywood family, coincides with international tech companies’ desire to grow their network of data centers in India.

Veteran Actor Jeetendra’s Career:

With more than 200 roles in his career spanning more than 60 years, Jeetendra is a well-known personality in Hindi cinema. Ekta Kapoor, his daughter, is a renowned producer and director in Hindi cinema and television. She is now the Creative Head and Joint Managing Director of Balaji Telefilms Limited. Actor and producer Tusshar Kapoor, his son, is also involved in the entertainment business.
