Vicky Kaushal’s ‘Chhaava’ Gets A New Release Date After A Long Delay. ‘Chhaava’ is Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming periodic drama. It was initially set to release on 6th December. However, it was postponed as it was clashing with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2. ‘Chhaava’ stars Vicky Kaushal, and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Now along with Vicky Kaushal, and Rashmika Mandanna other 3 members of the film’s team have given an update. All the members of the team have posted a new poster along with updates on the trailer release date and the new release date of the movie.
The new poster features the Vicky Kaushal in the royal look seated on his royal seat. The makers have finally released the new date officially. The movie is all set to hit theaters on February 14th, 2025.
The production house of the film, Moddock Film revealed it on their official Instagram page. In the captions, they wrote, “On 16th January 1681, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s Rajyabhishek ceremony marked the beginning of a legendary legacy! 344 years later, we bring his story of unshaken courage and glory to life. #ChhaavaTrailer out on 22nd January! Releasing in cinemas on 14th February 2025.”
The historical drama is the biography of the Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Maratha Emperor, and the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji. His life achievements will be chronicled in the movie. Akshaye Khanna plays Aurangzeb in it. Rashmika Mandanna, Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, Neil Bhoopalam, and Santosh Juvekar play important roles in the Laxman Utekar-directed movie. Maddock Films, led by Dinesh Vijan, is producing the film.
Vicky portrays the Maratha monarch in a way that is both noble and genuine. Vicky Kaushal’s performance in Chhaava is a one-time role he gets to play in his carrer. With important roles like Divya Dutta, Ashutosh Rana, and Akshaye Khanna, the film has already generated attention.
