Yami Gautam Celebrates First Children’s Day with Junior Dhar! Yami Gautam is currently embracing motherhood with love. The actress welcomed baby boy Vedavid with her husband Adithya Dhar on May 10, 2024. Ever since the actress has given full-time to her baby. for the first time in 6 months, Yami Gautham stepped out and gave insights into her life after becoming a mother. Yami Gautam Dhar is so excited that she is celebrating Mother’s Day with her child this year. The actress reveals how she feels about being a mother and sheds light on Motherhood.
Yami Gautam Celebrates Mothers day: Yami Gautam said that she couldn’t believe that she was now a mother. The actress said, “I still don’t believe sometimes that I am a mother! Especially when I have to refer to Vedavid as ‘my son’ while I am talking to someone. That’s the time when you spell it loud.”
She also admitted that the priorities of a mother and family change with the arrival of the baby and the actresses added, “Absolutely. I remember the day I came back home from the hospital and everyone wanted to see the baby. You know, how it is in every family. I just took a moment and sat next to Aditya. I said ‘I don’t know how to explain this, but it feels that my life just before this moment seems like a blur to me’ You’re not just giving birth to a baby, you’re giving birth to yourself. This is no exaggeration. Everything – psychologically, emotionally, physically changes in that one moment.”
Their Son’s name Vedavid is unique, It is the name of Lord Vishu and Lord Shiva. Vedavid means the one who knows all the Vedas. And she jokingly said that There’s a lot of pressure on him. and gave responsibility to Aditya Dhar. The actresses then revealed the nickname they have for their newborn even before his birth. Yami Said, “Every day I have a new nickname for my son, but the one which has stuck is JD- Junior Dhar! My brother Ojas came up with it while we were watching a film one day during my pregnancy. I liked the name so much. Everyone asked ‘What if it’s a girl?’ I said I will call my baby JD even then.”
The actress said that no manual guides you to prepare for being a mother, you’ll learn with time and she also said, that her mother helps her in raising the baby and that she will seek her mom Anjali’s help rather than searching on the internet. The actress said, “You never stop being a parent. I mean, from her perspective, I’m a grown-up, I’m a mother now, I’m working and all those things, and yet I’m once again, all over back to mumma!”
