HDFC Bank Scheduled Maintenance Alert: HDFC Bank has officially announced for its customers the scheduled maintenance window to be observed within this November for digital services. This is to improve the system performance for smoother customer experience, and it will temporarily affect operations regarding NetBanking and MobileBanking across India. Users are advised to do their transactions ahead to avoid inconvenience.
Multiple time slots will be available for maintenance on November 8 and 9, 2025, within which specific banking services will be impacted with limited duration of unavailability:
November 8, 2025 (12:00 AM – 1:00 AM, IST).
All new HDFC Bank NetBanking services will remain inactive for that single hour.
November 8, 2025 (2:30 AM – 6:30 AM, IST)
Most of the NetBanking and MobileBanking facilities-such as account access, deposits, fund transfers (UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, and within-bank transfers), and online payment-will not be available at this time.
November 8, 2025 (4:00 AM – 5:00 AM, IST)
Loan-related services will not be accessible during this period.
November 9, 2025 (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM, IST)
Mutual fund services through HDFC Bank’s online platforms will be temporarily withheld.
During this downtime, users will still be able to carry out payments and transfers using PayZapp Wallet, which will work normally during the maintenance period. HDFC Bank dares their clients to complete urgent fund transfers or bill payments before such a maintenance activity.

Such routine system upgrades are very important for improving banking security, server stability, and enhancing the efficiency of transactions. Maintenance is, therefore, scheduled during odd hours so disruptions to customers can be minimized.
HDFC Bank has also thanked customers for their patience and cooperation during the maintenance activity. It is expected to resume regular services straight after the mentioned timelines.
