Top Govt Jobs In AP: A notification has been issued for the recruitment of jobs in the Andhra Pradesh Medical and Health Department. Let’s know the complete details of this job notification here.
Government Jobs: The Andhra Pradesh government is ready to fill up jobs with high salaries. As part of the National Health Mission, specialist doctors and medical officers will be filled in various districts of the state. A notification has already been released. The state Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department is conducting this recruitment process through the Andhra Pradesh Medical Services Recruitment Board (APMSRB).
The Health Department has announced in its announcement that a total of 185 (30 Specialist Doctors, 155 Medical Officer) posts will be filled through this notification. The acceptance of applications has already started. So, candidates who have all the qualifications and want to work in the Health Department can apply. 1. General Physician (Telemedicine HUB): 13 posts
2. Gynecologist (Telemedicine HUB): 3 posts
3. Pediatrician (DEICs): 14 posts
4. Medical Officers (UPHCs/UAAMs/DEICs/Tele Medical HUB): 155 posts
For all posts, candidates should have completed at least MBBS. For General Physician, Gynecology, Pediatrician posts, candidates should have a Post Graduation Degree along with Diploma in the relevant discipline. Candidates should also have APMC registration.
For Medical Officer posts, it is sufficient to have MBBS with APMC registration.
OC i.e. Unreserved candidates should be below 42 years of age as on the date of publication of the notification.
SC, ST, BC, Economically Backward Classes (EWS) candidates should be below 47 years of age.
Those who are below 52 years of age for disabled persons and below 50 years of age for ex-servicemen are eligible.

The application fee is Rs 1000 for OCs… Rs 750 for SC, ST, BC, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, and Disabled. This payment also has to be made online.

Last date for receipt of applications: Applications can be submitted till 11.59 PM on 10th September 2025.
These jobs will be filled based on the merit achieved in educational qualifications. That is, there will be no written test. Out of a total of 100 marks, 75 percent of the qualification will be allotted based on the marks of educational qualifications (degree, PG). Diploma candidates will be allotted 65 percent of the educational qualifications. The remaining marks will be allotted based on various factors.
Specialist doctor jobs like general physician, gynecologist, and pediatrician will have a salary of Rs. 1,10,000. Pediatricians working in tribal areas will have a salary of Rs. 1,40,000. Those selected for the posts of medical officer will have a salary of Rs. 61,960.
