The argument for Ahaan comes from the belief that stars like Ranbir Kapoor or Ranveer Singh, while established; may be aging out of roles like these. “Let’s face it, Ranbir, Ranveer and that bracket of actors are too old for Dhoom. I don’t want to see them in such a role,” one comment read. Many pointed out that although Aamir Khan also played the lead in Dhoom 3 at an older age, it didn’t sit well with audiences. “That’s what ruined the series IMO,” another user added.
