Coolie Trailer:
The much-awaited trailer for superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie Coolie was unveiled on Saturday at a grand event held at Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is set to release on August 14 and will clash with War 2 at the box office.

The trailer, lasting over three minutes, showcases an action-packed drama with a gripping storyline centered on gold and watch smuggling. It promises thrilling moments that will keep audiences hooked, featuring intense performances from a stellar cast, including Rajinikanth, Aamir Khan, Nagarjuna, Pooja Hegde, Shruti Haasan, and others.

At the trailer launch event, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, who plays Dahaa in the movie, also made an appearance. Coolie tells the story of Deva (Rajinikanth), a former gold smuggler who seeks to regain his past reputation by reviving his old gang, using stolen technology hidden inside vintage golden watches. The plot’s intensity, combined with an all-star ensemble, adds to the excitement surrounding the film.

The music of the film, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, has also garnered attention, with songs like Chikitu and Monica being widely praised. Chikitu has accumulated 21 million views on YouTube, while Monica boasts an impressive 48 million views.

Produced under the Sun Pictures banner, Coolie has received an A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film’s release is highly anticipated, particularly due to the box office clash with War 2, which stars Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani.

With its powerful narrative, remarkable music, and star-studded cast, Coolie is shaping up to be a major release this Independence Day weekend.
