Avika Gor is getting married. The Balika Vadhu star announced her wedding to long-time partner Milind Chandwani during the premiere of Colors’ new reality show, Pati Patni Aur Panga – Jodiyon Ka Reality Check.
For Avika, the setting felt perfect. She began her career with Balika Vadhu on the same channel. Now, she returns not as Anandi, but as herself ready to begin a new chapter. She called it a “full-circle moment.”
While addressing the audience, Avika said, “Milind has been my partner in growth, my strongest ally. When he asked me to spend my life with him, I yelled out the easiest yes of my life.”
The two have been together for over five years. They got engaged in a private ceremony last month. On Instagram, Avika described the moment as “filmy, magical, and emotional.” She recalled crying, laughing, and saying yes without hesitation.
Avika first introduced Milind to the public in November 2020. He is a social worker and founder of an NGO. While she brings energy and drama, he brings calm and logic a pairing she says “just fits.”

Choosing to announce her wedding on television wasn’t random. Avika wanted to share this milestone with the very people who watched her grow up. She thanked the audience that once embraced her as a child bride on-screen and now asked for their blessings as she becomes a real-life bride.
She said, “This is where it all started, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to share this moment.” The wedding is expected to take place later this year.
