HHVM Pre-Release Event: The auspicious pre-release event of Hari Hara Veera Mallu featuring Power Star Pawan Kalyan now gets an official go-ahead from the police with piles of conditions on public safety and crowd management.
To prevent overcrowding and to comply with safety measures, police authorities have put down the number of attendees to 1000-1500. This should be enough to prevent any chaos keeping in mind Pawan Kalyan’s ever-huge fan following, who usually attracts a massive crowd whenever he is out for public events.
The police have made it clear that any disorderly conduct during the event is the chief responsibility of the producer: “Any disorder, law-and-order situation, or public nuisance created during the function shall be the liability of the producer,” reads the police order.
