Naveen Polishetty: This coming Sankranthi Naveen Polishetty is all set to entertain us with “Anaganaga Oka Raju”, Meenakshi Chaudhary is playing the female lead in the film. To mark Diwali occasion makers unveiled a promo with Naveen Polishetty.

Promo

In the promo Naveen Polishetty is seen selling crackers. He cracks a few jokes with faceless customers, and uses the bomb style with known figures like film’s producer Naga Vamsi and India’s prime minister Narendra Modi. 

His trademark dialogue delivery

We have seen what Naveen can do with only a few lines given to him. Jathi Ratnalu is the prime example for this, his monologues in that film are prime examples of his talent and calibre in holding those lines with utmost ease.

In this film too he is seen to be delivering his best, in just a 2 minute timeframe he holds the screen pretty well and his dialogue delivery is at his best. 

Timing 

Naveen Polishetty has impeccable timing when it comes to delivering the punchline. He uses the space and gap well along with facial expressions. His timing is unmatchable in this present generation. The only hero nowadays who can do that is Siddu Jonnalagadda.  

Star Entertainer tag

In the promo it is seen that Naveen is given the tag of ‘Star entertainer’. There is no denying in the fact that Naveen is a blasting entertainer, his performance, especially in the comedy genre is original and unique. 

With ‘Anaganaga Oka Raju’ it is officially a tag that Naveen may carry in his future projects as well. 

Problems with tags

Normally a tag is an identity, it is a brand image that any individual carries with his aura and the choices of roles he plays on screen. With Naveen taking this Star Entertainer, it could be the best thing and the worst thing. Because from now on audiences expect him to entertain them in all his movies, he cannot diversify in his choices. 

He may be boxed in this tag and can only do certain kinds of roles. This kind of limitation is frustrating for an actor like Naveen. Because actors or any kind of artist needs no limits to use their imagination and boost their creative part of the brain. 

We have to wait and see how seriously Naveen is considering this tag.
