Now, in a recent case, an actress has filed a complaint against producer and actor Uttam Kumar, accusing him of sexual exploitation. She alleged that he promised her film opportunities in exchange for sexual favors but later abandoned her.

Fraud in the Name of Opportunities

Uttam Kumar, a well-known name in the Haryana film industry, has been arrested in a rape case. The actress accused him of sexually exploiting her under the pretext of giving her roles and marrying her. When he failed to keep his promises, she approached the police. Based on her complaint, a case has been registered against him under sections of rape and the SC/ST Act.

Actress Attempts Suicide in Front of CM’s Residence

The victim attempted suicide in front of the Haryana Chief Minister’s residence, demanding justice. On September 6, she traveled from Noida to Lucknow, reached near the CM’s residence, and tried to pour petrol on herself. Police intervened immediately and stopped her. A video of the incident has since gone viral, showing officers restraining her. The actress said she resorted to this extreme step because police failed to act promptly on her complaint.

Who Is the Actress?

The actress hails from Hapur and currently lives in Noida’s Sector 53. She is a known artist in the Haryana industry and gained recognition with the song “Raajji Bolja.” She has worked in several music videos and collaborated with Uttam Kumar on multiple projects. In her complaint, she stated that she first met him in 2020, after which he sexually exploited her while falsely promising her a lead role in a film.
