Rashmika Mandanna Updates about Her Upcoming Female-Centric Film. The star of pan-India cinema Rashmika Mandanna is set to begin her next female-oriented film Mysaa. The puja of the film shall take place tomorrow at 11 AM, marking the official commencement of another chapter in her cinematic transformation.
Rashmika Mandanna took to her instagram handle to share a poster of the film. The Poster read Tomorrow’s puja ceremony at 11 AM will unveil the official start of filming.
This summer, Rashmika announced Mysaa, issuing a rather daring first-look poster. That showed her in the raw, tribal avatar of a Gond warrior in traditional saree, tribal jewelry, and wild glaring typecast. That did attract the attention of numerous across the country.
“The character is fierce, intense, and extremely raw,” she said of her character, feeling conscious and excited at the same time.
“A character I’ve never played before…this world I’ve never stepped into…a version of me I hadn’t met till now.”
The film is an estimated high-budget emotional action-thriller steeped in the culture and resilience of the Gond tribes. This makes it the directorial debut of Rawindra Pulle, along with UnFormula Films and the producers. Ajay and Anil Sayyapureddy, with Sai Gopa as co-producer.

Recently, the team has introduced DOP Shreyaas Krishna (Jagame Thandhiram, Sita Ramam, Mahaan) and international stunt choreographer Andy Long (Commando, Sanak) to give the film its visual and action might.
