Sai Durgha Tej’s Tribute to Mother Steals Filmfare Awards

Sai Durgha Tej: Known for his on-screen charm and grounded nature off-screen, star hero Sai Durgha Tej continues to shine in the Telugu film industry. On Saturday night, he added another feather to his cap by winning the Most Desirable (Male) award at the inaugural Eugenix Filmfare Glamour & Style Awards South 2025, held at the Park Hyatt in Hyderabad.

The award, presented by music director Devi Sri Prasad, turned into an emotional moment when Tej invited his parents, Vijaya Durga and Dr. Siva Prasad, onto the stage. He dedicated the honour to his mother, saying, “When I thought everything was lost, my mother stood by me and gave me courage. She boosted my confidence and brought me back to normalcy.” The actor was recalling her unwavering support during his recovery from a life-threatening accident. Earlier on the red carpet, Tej shared his fashion mantra: comfort, ease, and peace of mind. He named Ram Charan and Pawan Kalyan as his style icons, with Ram Charan’s look in Orange being his personal favourite.
