Funky: Vishwak Sen is currently acting in a film directed by ‘Jathi Ratnalu’ fame K.V Anudeep, the film is titled ‘Funky’, Kayadu Lohar is playing the female lead in the film. Makers recently released the teaser of the film, according to the latest reports from the film circles the film will likely release during December Christmas time.

Christmas release

Previously this date was locked by Advi Sesh ‘Dacoit’ was supposed to release on this date but the actor was recently injured on the sets and the film will likely be postponed. Apart from that Roshan Meka’s ‘Champion’ is scheduled to release on this date. 

Sitara Entertainments and Fortune Four movies are producing this film. Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are producers, if the makers choose to release the film during Christmas it will be perfect for family audiences to come to the theatres.   

Funky Teaser

Anudeep has a knack for dialogues, he can make a casual daily conversation into a funny line with ease. This is exactly what he is doing with Funky, in the teaser from the starting itself it is filled with funny lines from starting to finish. 

The story is happening around a film set, and the central character Komal played by Vishwak Sen is a filmmaker, he is making a film called ‘Funky’, the plot itself is so meta, Anudeep is ripping himself apart in this film. 

Vishwak and Anudeep comeback

For the past two three films Vishwak Sen movies are turning out to be biggest disasters, his recent outing ‘Laila’ not only became a disaster but faced a massive trolling when it released. 

Anudeep too is in a flop zone, his previous film with Siva Karthikeyan, ‘Prince’ became a flop, so he too is looking to make a strong comeback. Both the actor and director need to score a hit to balance their negative energy.
