What Mukesh Ambani and His Family Actually Eat Every Day

Mukesh Ambani Family Diet:
People usually imagine luxury, billion-dollar companies, and the huge Antilia house when they hear the name “Ambani.” Many assume that the richest family in India must eat only rare or expensive dishes. But the truth is surprisingly different. The Ambani family follows a very simple, homely and Indian-style diet, and this has shocked many people.

Mukesh Ambani Family Diet:
Breakfast Routine

Mukesh Ambani reportedly wakes up around 5:30 AM every day. But his breakfast is extremely simple. He prefers a glass of fresh fruit juice made from papaya, pomegranate, or sweet lime. Along with that, he eats common South Indian dishes like idli, vada, pongal, upma, or poori with aloo curry—just like any regular Indian family.

Nita Ambani loves South Indian food, especially masala dosa, pesarattu, and rava dosa. In Antilia’s kitchen, dosa is prepared almost every day. Mukesh’s mother, Kokilaben, prefers Gujarati items such as dhokla, khaman, and thepla. So, the breakfast table always has a mix of three generations’ favorite foods.

Simple Indian Lunch

The Ambani family usually eats lunch between 1 PM and 2 PM. Their lunch is a simple Indian thali containing dal, roti, rice, two vegetable dishes, curd, salad, and papad.

Mukesh Ambani enjoys Punjabi dishes like dal makhani and rajma-chawal.
Nita Ambani prefers Gujarati items like undhiyu, kadhi, and dal-dhokli.
Akash and Shloka like paneer butter masala and naan.
Sometimes Isha enjoys pizza or pasta with her children.

Overall, their lunch is a combination of Indian and light continental food.

Light Dinner

Dinner is usually served after 8 PM, and it is kept very light. They prefer soup, grilled vegetables, salad, a couple of rotis, or simple khichdi. Kokilaben’s favourite is Gujarati khichdi-kadhi. Mukesh Ambani sometimes drinks a glass of warm milk or eats fruit at night.

A Fun Weekly Tradition

One surprising fact is that Antilia follows a food theme day every week—one day Gujarati, one day South Indian, one day Punjabi, and one day international cuisine. The whole family sits together and eats, no matter how busy they are.

Even though they have immense wealth, the Ambani family’s food habits remain simple, traditional, and very close to middle-class Indian meals.
