Infosys Dividend 2025 Declaration: ₹22 per share declared

Infosys dividend 2025 declaration has been on headlines. This India’s premier IT player, declared a final dividend of ₹22 per equity share for FY 2024-25. The news follows an earlier declared interim dividend of ₹21 per share for the financial year. The date to determine entitled shareholders for receipt of dividend will be May 30, 2025, and payment will be made on June 30, 2025.


Q4 FY25 Results

As part of the dividend declaration, Infosys also declared its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Infosys saw a year-on-year decrease in net profit by 11.7% at ₹7,033 crore from ₹7,969 crore during the same quarter last year. Although profit declined, Infosys revenue increased by 7.9% year-on-year to Rs 40,925 crore from Rs 37,923 crore in Q4 FY24.

Infosys shares on Thursday ended 0.51% higher at Rs 1,420.20 per share compared to Rs 1,413 on Wednesday. The stock went through volatility during the day with the day’s high price at Rs 1,429.40 and the day’s low price at Rs 1,378.60. The market capitalisation of Infosys is at Rs 5.89 lakh crore and is a prominent player in the BSE Sensex.

Historical Share Price Trends

The share price of the company has fluctuated with different time spans. The value appreciated by Rs 16 in the last week, representing a 1.14% variation. Yet in the previous quarter, the value dropped by ₹394.90, which was a drop by 21.76%. Since the beginning of the year, Infosys stock has dropped by ₹462.45, equivalent to a decrease of 24.56%. In spite of these ups and downs, the stock has seen a negligible rise of ₹5.45 in the past year, which is an increase of 0.39%.

Infosys’ declaration of dividend and Q4 performance emphasize its intention to reward its shareholders amid troubles in the IT sector of the world. Steady revenue growth coupled with solid dividend payment positions Infosys as a solid and strong contender in the market. Shareholders will be anxiously awaiting its financial performance during the coming year.
