He purchased L&T Cement and rebranded it as UltraTech Cement. His novel move allowed their company to be the leading player in the aluminum sector.

KM Birla revealed his idea titled ‘Building India’s Next Global Conglomerate. He highlighted the importance of innovation, digital transformation, and consistency in understanding and handling global challenges.
