Rashmika Mandanna comments on working with Salman Khan. Rashmika Mandanna and Salman Khan collaborate first time for the upcoming film ‘Sikandar.’ Rashmika Mandanna as ‘Srivalli’ is the current sensation as her film Pushpa 2 has been released recently. The movie broke all the records and currently running successfully in the theaters.
After Pushpa 2, Mandanna will be next seen in Salman Khan’s starrer Sikandar. In her recent interview, she addressed working with Salman Khan. Mandanna shared her experiences of sharing the screen with megastar Salman Khan.
Rashmika was asked about her feelings about working with Khan. In a moment she said “Nerve-wracking! Of course, he is Salman Khan.” The actress continued, “But that is the first commercial Bollywood film that I will be doing, and I have never done it.”
Commenting on her journey in Bollywood she said that until Sikandar she only did performance-oriented screenplays. However, in Sikandar, her role will be different she said. she will be an actual heroine in the film. Sharing her excitement she said, “So, I am really excited, and the thing is, I am not someone who wants to be typecasted; I don’t want to be taken only for performances.”
she further hinted that Sikandar is going to be a full-blown commercial cinema. Rashmika concluded by saying, “So, I like doing that; I like doing them all, and I will convince people that I enjoy doing them all.”
On the work front, Rashmika Mandanna’s next film kubera is set to release on 31st December 2024. It marks her last film for this year. Kubera stars King Nagarjuna and Dhanush in the lead roles. In the coming year, ‘Chhaava’ alongside Vicky Kaushal will be her first film set to release on 14th February 2025. In the same year ‘Sikandar’ will have its release.
