Swiggy Introduces Pyng AI Platform: Swiggy, the country’s largest online delivery platform, has made a move away from its grocery and food offerings with the introduction of Pyng, an artificial intelligence-driven platform to bring experts together with the public. The firm announced the same on Tuesday by entering the professional services industry, which is growing at a rapid pace.
Pyng enables individuals to seek advice from specialists in different professions, including:
Health and wellness professionals like yoga instructors and therapists
Astrologers providing customized advice
Event planners for organizing special events
Skill trainers for learning and growth
Pyng hopes to provide a trusted, spam-free space where individuals can obtain expert advice without issues.
Swiggy has already introduced Pyng’s seller app early this year, allowing professionals to register and provide services on the platform. The recent launch now allows users to simply tap into these experts and fill the gap between service providers and prospective buyers.
Nandan Reddy, Innovation Head and Co-founder of Swiggy, explained his vision for Pyng as: “As lives are becoming busier and faster, the need for professional help—from tax consultants and counselors to yoga teachers is increasing in life as well as in the workplace.”
He continued that Pyng would be a seamless experience where customers would be able to access expert professionals without fearing spam or bad advice.

Pyng is currently live for Bengaluru consumers, and there are chances it will be rolled out in other cities as well soon. Considering its experience of successfully scaling delivery businesses, the company is likely to bank on its learnings of building an easy-to-use, high-performing service marketplace.
With AI playing a larger and larger role in matching professionals with clients, Pyng has the opportunity to disrupt professional services like never before, making expert help easier than ever.
