Adani Energy Solutions Q2 FY26 Results: Revenue Rises 16%, PAT Jumps 42% YoY

Adani Energy Solutions Q2 FY26 Results: Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. (AESL) has posted an impressive financial scorecard for the first half of FY26, which is underpinned by stable operational performance and quality project construction. The total income burgeoned by 16% over the previous year, amounting to approximately Rs 13793 crore. Similarly, the profit after tax (PAT) for the period should enjoy a healthy growth by 42% to reach almost Rs 1096 crore. During the period given the stable revenues being attainable from the core transmission and smart metering segments.


Adani Energy Solutions Q2 FY26 Results

In the second quarter of FY26, about Rs 6767 crore was earned by AESL as net receipts. It generally stood up by about 6-7% from last year this time. PAT further accounted for exceptional tax-related adjustments from the last financial year, and then changed to Rs 557 crore, representing an increase of about 21% year on year. Increased PAT due to increased efficiencies in managing and executing high-end projects despite high inflationary pressure in the energy sector.

Transmission and smart metering drive the expansion.


Good earnings come to a strong performance in transmission and metering. In the first half of FY26, AESL has installed almost 73 lakh smart meters spread across states to add to the initiatives of digital energy management. Investing hard in new lines continued- capital expenditure for the same period. Touched nearly Rs 5976 crore, an increase of 36 per cent over last year.

The establishment of AESL as a major participant in India regarding the ongoing expansion of these businesses. Concerning energy infrastructure aligns with the government’s increasing emphasis on renewable integration and modernization of the power grid.

Order Book Healthy and Good Forecast

As far as transmission ongoing projects are concerned, there is much left in the order book for AESL, amounting to over ₹60,000 crore. The end-to-end smart metering order pipeline is for nearly meters 2.46 crore, expected to generate revenues beyond ₹29,000 crore. The EBITDA generated by the company in the first half is stated to have been about ₹4,144 crore. Registering an increase of 13% indicating strong operational leverage and healthy margins.
