The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, APSRTC, has integrated its systems with Google Maps, making bus ticket booking quite easy. Passengers can directly check, select, and book APSRTC bus tickets via Google Maps – all in a few clicks!
Previously, travelers would have checked the APSRTC website or application for booking a bus ticket; now, this feature lets you check the available APSRTC buses while you search your routes in Google Maps.
When you check an itinerary like Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam or from Hyderabad to Tirupati, Google maps will not only show you ways to drive or ways to take a train but also the APSRTC bus services with time and estimated duration of travel.
Type Guntur to Vizag in Google Maps and view your travel route.
Click on the bus icon to see what buses of APSRTC are available.
Choose whether you want AC, Deluxe, or Super Luxury services so you can view schedules and fares.
Select the “Book” option that directs you to the official APSRTC site.
Complete the payments and booking online, safely and securely- no queues, no fuss!
The initial trial of this feature was conducted on the Vijayawada–Hyderabad route, which received good feedback for a flawless booking experience and accurate schedule updates.

APSRTC has made available to Google route and bus stop details so that every listing will show accurate information. The feature is expected to roll out for all major APSRTC routes very shortly to facilitate effortless travel planning across cities.
With this move, APSRTC competes to become one of the first state transport corporations in India that uses Google Maps for direct ticket booking, making public transport in Andhra Pradesh all the more smarter, easier, and accessible than ever before.
