BSNL VoWiFi Feature: Make Calls Even Without Network

BSNL VoWiFi Feature:
BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) continues to upgrade its services to provide a better communication experience for its users. After introducing 4G and e-SIM services, the state-owned telecom operator has now launched the VoWiFi (Voice over WiFi) feature. This new option allows BSNL users to make and receive calls even when mobile signals are weak or unavailable, as long as they are connected to a WiFi network.

BSNL VoWiFi Feature:

VoWiFi, short for “Voice over WiFi,” enables users to make calls using a WiFi connection instead of a mobile network. It is especially helpful in areas where the network coverage is poor. Telecom giants like Jio and Airtel have been offering this feature for quite some time, and now BSNL has also joined the list. The technology uses WiFi to enhance call quality and connectivity, ensuring users can communicate clearly even in signal-deprived areas.

How to Use BSNL VoWiFi:

To use the VoWiFi service, customers must have a BSNL SIM card and a smartphone that supports VoWiFi. Most 4G smartphones already include this feature. If the service isn’t active, users can enable it manually by going to their phone’s settings and turning on the “WiFi Calling” option.

Currently, BSNL has started rolling out this feature in western and southern regions of India. However, the company has confirmed that the service will soon be available across the entire country.

With this move, BSNL aims to reduce connectivity issues and provide better service in rural and remote areas where mobile signals are often weak.

This new VoWiFi service shows BSNL’s commitment to improving its technology and keeping up with private telecom companies, giving users a smoother and more reliable calling experience.
