Premium Housing Scheme 2025: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) recently announced the launch of the “Premium Housing Scheme 2025” with ready-to-move-in apartments. Anyone seeking apartments in Delhi-NCR should note the scheme’s introduction date and details.

On August 16, DDA marked Janmashtami with a post on X. In the post, it announced the ‘Premium Housing Scheme 2025’ and highlighted that the scheme offers ready-to-move-in apartments.

Key Points in this Announcement:
⦿ The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will offer HIG, MIG, LIG, and EHS apartments in several locations, including Pitampura, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, and Vasant Kunj.

⦿ Apartments in sectors 16B and 19B of Dwarka, as well as Pocket 9B of Jasola, will be up for grabs in the e-auction mode.
⦿ Freehold property reservations can be done online.
⦿ For additional information, prospective customers should visit the official website, eservices.dda.org.in, which launches on August 26 of this year.

Media reports state that authorities will put about 250 apartments up for e-auction. Moreover, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will auction flats in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Ashok Vihar, and Shalimar Bagh, in addition to the previously listed sites.

On July 11, LG VK Saxena chaired a DDA meeting and approved the plan. Reports confirm that the plan includes 22 low-income group apartments in Rohini and 39 high-income group apartments in Vasant Kunj. It also covers Sector 19B in Dwarka and Pocket 9B in Jasola. In addition, the plan adds 48 middle-income group apartments in Jahangirpuri, Dwarka, Nand Nagri, and Pitampura. Moreover, the Delhi Development Authority stated, “The scheme includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages across Mall Road and Ashok Vihar. These options provide both housing and parking in some of Delhi’s key localities.”

Cost of Flats in Premium Housing Scheme 2025:

HIG apartments will likely come at a reserved price between ₹1.64 crore and ₹2.54 crore. Meanwhile, MIG apartments will range from ₹60 lakh to ₹1.5 crore. In contrast, LIG apartments will cost between ₹39 lakh and ₹54 lakh.
