A public holiday will be observed across Kerala on Tuesday, July 22, to mourn the passing of former Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan. He died at the age of 101 on July 21 at a hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. Kerala Schools and Colleges

As part of the public holiday, all schools and colleges in Kerala will be closed. Students should check with their institutions regarding rescheduled exam dates.
