Saiyaara starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda has captured hearts worldwide. After a successful run at the box office, it’s now gearing up for its digital debut. Yash Raj Films’ casting director, Shanoo Sharma, confirmed that the film will be available for streaming on Netflix from September 12, 2025.
The film, directed by Mohit Suri, tells the compelling story of Krish Kapoor, a musician (played by Ahaan Panday), and Vaani Batra, an ambitious journalist (played by Aneet Padda). The plot delves into their journey of balancing love, ambition, and self-discovery. The chemistry between the lead actors, combined with heartfelt storytelling, has made the film a hit with audiences of all ages.
Since its theatrical release, Saiyaara has grossed an impressive Rs 517 crore globally. In India alone, the film has earned Rs 373 crore, while international markets have contributed an additional Rs 144 crore. Despite strong competition from films like Son of Sardaar 2 and Dhadak 2, Saiyaara has maintained a strong presence at the box office.
In a recent interview, Shanoo Sharma shared insights into Ahaan Panday’s preparation for the role. Ahaan underwent intense three years of acting training, including workshops and improvisation exercises. He also gained valuable production experience working as an assistant director on The Railway Men.
Fans of Saiyaara can look forward to an exciting OTT release, as the movie heads to Netflix, allowing global audiences to enjoy the love story that has captured the imaginations of millions.
