These are providing help on anxiety, depression, and stress management.
In a mess or diagnosis of mental health with AI, voice tone, facial expression, behaviors in social media, and also from these data build possibly an algorithm to check for the earliest signs of emotional distress. There are cases where AI could even predict the time a person would go to a mental health episode way ahead of it, making it easier to prevent such situations.
But the clearer thing is that AI would open doors into mental health availability.
