Alia stayed away from crash diets. She made smart food choices without going to extremes. She ate more than usual, but kept it balanced. Sugar wasn’t part of her daily meals. She chose natural, clean food over junk. Her focus remained on what her body needed, not on how fast she could lose weight.

She also spoke out against the pressure new mothers face. In a note on Instagram, she called childbirth a miracle. She promised herself not to be harsh on her body again. Her weight loss was never about meeting public standards. It was about being ready for her work in films.

Her return to fitness started with breathing exercises and walking. Later, she added tougher routines. She worked out based on her energy and health, not numbers on a scale. This method helped her build strength step by step.

Now, Alia is preparing for action-packed films like YRF’s spy universe project and Love and War with Ranbir Kapoor. Her comeback shows that strength comes from care, patience, and self-respect.
