In an interview she has told that Urvashi’s diet is very simple. “She is very simple eater, she doesn’t even each much. She eats very less. We only give her three meals a day Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. The interesting point is she clearly mentioned that she never skips her breakfast. In Breakfast we sometimes give Poha or Upma. In lunch mostly we give her roti and saabzi. In this all her favorite juice should be there daily. Her favorite juice is Mint and coriander juice. Urvashi doesn’t prefer evening snack but Shweta has suggested her to have early dinner which is not like intermittent fasting. This early dinner is around 6.00 and 7.00. In dinner we mostly give her Parathas, Rolls, Panner curry or we also give her sometimes chillas.”
