Prix Versailles (Architectural and design Award Series) has released a list of the 16 most beautiful restaurants in the world for 2025. The selection committee chose these restaurants for their stunning design, unique atmosphere, and strong cultural connections. Represented in cities such as Dubai, Paris, New York, and Shanghai, these restaurants are examples of the fact that architecture and ambiance are equally important as food.

Designed by Kristina Zanic Consultants, Gerbou is a modern take on Emirati style and uses locally sourced materials and ingredients.

Kimyona hides behind the entrance of an art gallery. Azaz Architects took inspiration from the interior of a darkroom and used recycled and raw materials to create the interior.

Blackswan is located in the Luo Hong Art Museum. It boasts swan-themed décor and offers a lakeside view.
Ortensia combines French, Japanese, and Chinese design elements situated in a historical context. Its rustic tiles and hand-carved wood content elegantly characterize the space.
This restaurant made from bamboo and earth is in the shape of a giant shell vessel. Its design immerses the occupant in the natural surroundings while being sustainable.
This café sits on Gadeokdo Island and features seven pavilions. The design captures ocean views and fills the space with natural light. Architects created the layout specifically to highlight these natural elements.
Another Smith is a family-run restaurant using bamboo and traditional Chinese (ancient) design. The property includes a café and boutique shop all under one roof.
