– Unusual Shortness of Breath: Getting slightly breathless after workouts is normal. But if you struggle to breathe even after a light warm-up, it could be a red flag.
– Sudden Weakness or Dizziness: Feeling faint or weak suddenly during exercise is not normal. It may indicate an issue with your heart.
