Here’s a simple and delicious Korean ramen recipe that captures the bold, spicy flavors Korea is known for:
1. Boil Water & Add Veggies
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the ramen noodles and vegetables. Let them cook for 2–3 minutes.
2. Add Seasoning & Extras
Add the seasoning packet(s) from the ramen. Stir well.
Add kimchi and let it simmer for another 1–2 minutes.
3. Crack the Egg
Gently crack an egg into the pot. Cover and simmer for 1–2 minutes if you like a soft yolk.
4. Add Cheese (Optional)
Place a slice of cheese on top for extra richness. Let it melt.
5. Finish & Serve
Drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
