In a recent report, a new music-sharing feature has been seen in the Android 2.25.8.3 WhatsApp beta update. Through this feature, users will be able to share Spotify songs directly with their friends in WhatsApp status. It is being said that this feature will work in the same way as music is shared in Instagram Stories. How this feature works

According to the beta update shared on X, when the user shares a song from Spotify, he will get the option to post it in WhatsApp status. Not only this, WhatsApp will also give you a preview of that song. Where the name of the song, the name of the artist, and the album cover will be visible. The “Play on Spotify” button will also be seen in the status so that you will be able to play the song directly by going to the Spotify app.The fun of music sharing will double! This might also be a marketing strategy of Spotify to increase its users.

Earlier, to share music on WhatsApp, you had to manually copy-paste the link of the song. But after this new update, this process will become even more interactive and better. Not only this, this feature will also get the support of WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption.
