1. Constant Breakouts

If you have breakouts regularly, diet could be a likely cause. Foods high in iodine may be causing your acne breakouts. Iodine is typically sourced from foods such as seaweed, iodized salt, and some dairy products. If these foods are consumed too often, it could lead to clogged pores and cause breakouts. 2. Signs of Premature Aging

5. Stretch Marks

Stretch marks happen when the middle layer of skin, the dermis, tears on the rapid change in size. These marks commonly appear after rapid skin growth, like weight gain or weight loss. Having stretch marks worsened a little due to zinc deficiency is one thing, as zinc helps to heal and repair tissue. Foods have zinc in them-pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, lentils, nuts-that could make your skin take much less time to heal while dealing with stretch marks.
