Kamal Haasan follows a disciplined lifestyle. He spends at least 1 to 2 hours in the gym every day. His fitness routine includes strength training, weightlifting, and shoulder exercises. He believes that regular exercise keeps both the body and mind active. Apart from gym workouts, Kamal practices yoga for 30 minutes daily, which helps him maintain mental balance and flexibility.


Walking is also a big part of Kamal’s routine. He reportedly walks up to 14 kilometers every day. This not only keeps his stamina high but also supports his heart health. Kamal gives great importance to mental well-being and believes in staying stress-free through meditation and simple living.

When it comes to food, Kamal Haasan strictly follows a healthy diet. He avoids processed food, sugar, and alcohol completely. He prefers homemade meals filled with fruits and vegetables.
