Korean Switch-On Diet: Do you want to lose fat in just four weeks? Korean Switch-On Diet:
The Switch-On Diet is a four-week metabolic reset program. It focuses on burning fat while protecting muscle mass. This diet is based on three key methods: eating high-protein foods, practicing intermittent fasting, and improving gut health. In this plan, processed foods, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and too many starchy foods are not allowed. Only limited healthy carbs are permitted.

Let’s see the weekly routine:

First Week: Detox and Gut Reset
For the first three days, drink four protein shakes a day, take probiotics, and walk for one hour daily. After that, eat high-protein foods like eggs, paneer, tofu, and vegetables. This cleanses your gut and prepares your body to burn fat.


Second Week: Muscle Recovery
Continue eating protein-rich foods and start intermittent fasting (like 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating). This stage strengthens your muscles and speeds up fat loss.

Third Week: Fat Burning
Increase fasting time. Include two 24-hour fasts in the week. After exercise, you can eat small amounts of fruits like berries and tomatoes, and some starchy carbs like potatoes.

Fourth Week: Metabolic Boost
Fast for 24 hours three times a week. Continue eating high-protein foods. Your body will now use fat more efficiently and improve insulin sensitivity.

Allowed Foods:
– Brown rice, fish, boiled meat, skinless chicken, nuts, milk, beans, eggs, fruits (in moderation), kimchi, probiotics, and one cup of black coffee.

Foods to Avoid:
– Excess caffeine, alcohol, sugar, processed meat, starchy foods, salted snacks, and seasoning sauces.

By following this Korean diet carefully, you can achieve healthy weight loss, improve digestion, and feel more energetic in just four weeks!
