Mind Gym: The 15-Minute Workout that Makes You Smarter

15-Minute Workout: Like any muscle, your mind, too, requires its share of exercise. Mental workouts include workouts on memory and sharpened focus and creativity. A little food from an everyday 15-minute brain workout can give so much more.


The Mind Gym: The Science

This process is called neuroplasticity and refers to how your brain rewires itself by forming new connections in its neural networks. Working out those pathways through focused exercises strengthens them to facilitate faster processing, improved problem-solving, and enhanced memory recall. Daily Exercise, 15 Minutes:

1. Brain Warm-Up (3 Minutes)
