Ram Charan always believes that diet contributes 80% to his fitness. He avoids to eat unhealthy foods and always prefer to eat homehome-cooked meals.He maintains a strict diet six days a week and he enjoys his favorite food on Sundays.

What He Eats in a Day:
– Breakfast: Egg whites, oats and almond milk
– Mid-Morning: Vegetable soup
– Lunch: Chicken, brown rice and green leafy vegetables
– Evening Snacks: Grilled fish, sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables
– Dinner: Avocados and salads (before 6 PM)
Ram Charan makes sure not to eat after 6 PM and always seen that his meals are nutritious and balanced.
