Real Reverse Ageing: People have always dreamed of “aging backward” from mythic founts of youth to anti-aging skin treatments in the present. Mumbai wants to know: can we really do it? Modern science points to the idea that while there’s no way to stop aging completely, there are some habits and biological processes that can potentially slow and even reverse the effects of aging at the cellular level.

2. Balanced Diet: Foods rich in antioxidants combat cellular damage.
3. Quality Sleep: Encourages hormone balance and repairs cells.
4. Stress Management: Chronic stress ages a person relatively fast; mindfulness can help.
5. Intermittent Fasting: Associated improvement in cellular repair and efficiency in metabolism.
6. Avoiding Toxins: Speed up aging through smoking and alcohol.

Today literal time travel still remains fiction, but modern research believes it shows ways to slow biological aging and even regain youthfulness by voluntarily chosen lifestyle. So being younger in life probably would not mean that, biologically speaking, we would all become younger; rather our bodies, minds, and cells would feel years younger. Age can surely become just a number when it is.
