2 ripe tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 green chilli (chopped)
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped mint
Salt to taste
1. Wash the tomatoes, green chilli, coriander, and mint leaves thoroughly.
2. Chop them into small pieces.
3. Add all the ingredients into a blender along with the garlic cloves.
4. Add a little water and grind to make a fine paste.
5. Add salt as needed.
This chutney can be eaten with meals regularly. It is tasty and helps reduce bad cholesterol naturally.
