Heat a pan with enough ghee (1 box), and add a little bit of cumin (~1 teaspoon), asafoetida (~1/4 teaspoon), dry red chili (1), curry leaves to taste, and chopped chili (1 to taste). After those, add thin-sliced onion (1) and lightly fry for a minute before pouring in the curd rice mix. Top it off by adding black salt to taste.
